About the Event
Participants will connect in small breakout groups, creating space to share ideas to implement within their local ASCE chapter and workplace, and explore JEDI-related challenges. After the breakout sessions, everyone will reconvene to highlight key insights, common themes, and actionable ideas.
This coffee chat will help encourage collaboration across teams and promote a more inclusive civil engineering community across Region 9 (California) and the ASCE community. Whether you're new to JEDI conversations or already deeply engaged, this virtual coffee chat offers a welcoming space to reflect, connect, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace culture.
