About the Event
Project: "Red Car" Multi-Use Bridge
The City of Los Angeles recently completed the “Red Car” Multi-Use bridge over the Los Angeles River near Glendale. The project was constructed on the same alignment as the historic “Red Car” trolley system and re-used some structural elements from the original railroad bridge. The new bridge combined historical elements and economical design to create a beneficial project for the community.
